Our services may include:
Collecting and reviewing funding requests
Identifying potential financing options
Connecting applicants with lenders, brokers, funding providers, or referral partners
Assisting with document collection and application coordination
Communicating with applicants regarding potential funding opportunities
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. No Guarantee of Financing
Submitting a funding request does not guarantee:
Approval
Eligibility
A particular funding amount
A specific interest rate, fee, payment, or repayment term
Funding by a particular date
Acceptance by any lender or funding provider
All financing decisions are made by the applicable lender or funding provider. Decisions may depend on creditworthiness, business performance, collateral, documentation, underwriting requirements, market conditions, and other factors.
4. No Commitment or Obligation
Completing our funding survey is an initial request for information. It does not create a loan agreement, commitment to lend, or obligation to accept financing.
You are not required to accept any financing offer presented to you. Before accepting an offer, you should carefully review all rates, fees, repayment terms, collateral requirements, personal guarantees, and other conditions.
5. Third-Party Lenders and Funding Providers
SummitVault Capital may introduce or refer you to independent lenders, brokers, funding providers, or other financial-service companies.
These third parties:
Establish their own eligibility and underwriting requirements
Determine their own rates, fees, and terms
Make their own approval and funding decisions
Maintain their own privacy policies and terms
Are responsible for the products and services they provide
SummitVault Capital does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s underwriting decisions, financing terms, conduct, website, products, or services.
6. Authorization to Share Information
By submitting a funding request and providing the required consent, you authorize SummitVault Capital to collect, review, process, and share relevant information with potential lenders, funding providers, brokers, referral partners, and service providers for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your request.
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate, current, and complete.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information through our initial funding survey. If additional sensitive information is required, you may be directed to a separate secure process.
7. Credit Authorization
Submitting our initial funding survey does not, by itself, authorize SummitVault Capital or a third party to obtain your consumer or business credit report.
If a credit review is required, you may be asked to provide separate authorization directly to the applicable lender, funding provider, broker, or service provider.
8. Fees and Compensation
SummitVault Capital may receive compensation from lenders, funding providers, brokers, referral partners, or other parties in connection with a completed transaction.
If any fee is payable directly by you to SummitVault Capital, that fee will be disclosed separately in writing before you become obligated to pay it.
Third-party lenders and funding providers may charge interest, origination fees, closing costs, broker fees, service charges, or other expenses. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all costs before accepting an offer.
9. Telephone, Email, and SMS Communications
By providing your contact information and giving consent, you agree that SummitVault Capital and its representatives may contact you regarding your funding request and related services by:

Automated technology, where permitted by law
Consent to receive automated marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining services.
For text messages:
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. You will no longer receive text messages unless you opt in again.
